The Original Application No.4772 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent in his proceedings No.Ref.No.96952/E5/2/2001, dated 24.04.2002 and quash the same.

On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.6855 of 2007.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed Original Application No.4772 of 2002 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent in his proceedings No.Ref.No.96952/E5/2/2001, dated 24.04.2002 and to quash the same. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.6855 of 2007.

2.The second respondent issued office memorandum dated 24.04.2002 for appointment of Paramedical Staff on contract basis. Though the said memorandum is challenged in this petition, the Tribunal while entertaining the original application has not passed any interim orders. Moreover, the impugned office memorandum was passed nearly sixteen years back in the year 2002.

3.In the absence of any interim orders and after a lapse of nearly sixteen years, I do not find anything survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
