W.M.P.No.18933 of 2016 in W.P.No.24598 of 2015 M.SUNDAR. J,

1. Writ petitioner is the petitioner herein. Matter pertains inter alia to pension and attendant benefits of the writ petitioner.

2. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the fix an early date petition. Ms.T.Anandhi, learned counsel is present for the writ petitioner. Learned Additional Government Pleader represents respondents 1 to 4. Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned counsel is present on behalf of the fifth respondent. It is informed by all counsel by consensus that the pleadings are complete as the contesting respondent namely, the fifth respondent has filed his counter affidavit. In other words, all counsel agree that the counter filed by the fifth respondent shall be adopted by the other corespondents. It is a fit case for fixing an early date. All the counsel agree to argue the main matter on 15.02.2017. Accordingly, date is fixed by consent.

3. Post the main writ petition for final disposal before the Honourable Roaster Judge on 15.02.2017.
