ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to change the email-id, contact number, login id, password of the Vishwa Bharathi College of Education in respondent University records in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 23.04.2021 to the respondent seeking to reset the TNTEU college log-in credentials viz., email-id, contact number, login id, password of the Vishwa Bharathi College of Education in respondent University records. However, no action has been forthcoming by the respondents, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Heard Mr.Muthamizhselvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Gokul Krishnan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4.In view of the submissions made and also considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, this Courts directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if necessary after providing an opportunity of fair and effective hearing to the parties concerned. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
