ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the 3rd bail petition filed by the accused in a case registered under POCSO Act.

2. Considering the proximity of the victim girl and the accused/petitioner, this Court earlier dismissed the bail petition on the ground that, if the petitioner is released on bail, may lead to tampering the witnesses. There is no change in circumstances, since the examination of key witnesses yet to be completed.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent/Police submits that the matter is adjourned to 20.06.2022 for framing of charges.

4. Taking note of the said fact, this Bail Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition after examination of key witnesses.
