ORDER
There is no appearance for the petitioner, and in any event, the petitioner only seeks a direction to the first respondent i.e., the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department to number the revision petition dated 26.06.2021 and for a time frame to be fixed by this Court for the disposal of the stay application.
2.This Writ Petition is pre-mature and I would have been inclined to dismiss the same on this short point. However, Mr.Arun Natarajan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents, points out that the prayer of the petitioner is infructuous insofar as the revision petition is numbered as R.P.No.104 of 2021 and the date of hearing of the stay application is fixed on 24.08.2021.
3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
