ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to immediately arrange for the police escort and bandobust at free of cost to the petitioner's husband to enable him to take medical treatment at Rajan Dental Clinic at Mylapore, Chennai.

2. Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the similar prayer has been sought for by the petitioner in a petition filed in W.P.No.12120 of 2021, which came up for consideration before a Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench vide order dated 02.07.2021 had directed the respondent to consider the representation within a period of two weeks.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner, realising the same, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
