The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner School to publish the results for L.K.G to 9th Standards students without insisting for their approval and also to counter sign in the transfer certificates issued by the Petitioner School.
2.The publication of results of the students who are studying in the petitioner's School is with regard to the year 2009 - 2010 of the L.K.G. Students. Now six years have gone. Therefore, the Writ Petition should have become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
