O R D E R

In pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.04.2019, the respondent is personally present before this Court today and filed an affidavit dated 29.04.2019, tendering unconditional apology for not obeying the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court in time. He submitted that due to

certain administrative exigency, the order could not be implemented immediately without having an iota of intention to disobey deliberately. He further submitted that he has instructed the Officials to open the lock immediately so as to enable the petitioner to enter into the shop.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on verification from the petitioner, submitted that the lock and seal are removed and the petitioner is permitted to enter into the shop.

3. In view of the above development subsequent to the filing of the contempt petition, this Court is of the view that no further order is necessary in this contempt petition.
