ORDER

Based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2021 the second respondent herein had initiated proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/6000/2018, dated 31.07.2021. However, since the proceedings have not been concluded till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into account that the proceedings were initiated almost a year back, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to conclude the aforesaid proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/6000/2018, dated 31.07.2021 within a period of four weeks, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the third respondent herein.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
