This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2014 dated 27.09.2014 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation in Crime No.10 of 2015 has been completed and the final report has been filed on 28.04.2015 before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai for the offences under Section 498(A) of IPC, 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
