Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable the final disposal of this matter, even at this juncture. Hence, by consent of both learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed finally, even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner claims to be a partnership firm, engaged in the business of processing of and trading in cashew nuts. It is aggrieved by the non-disposal of its representation dated 08.04.2024 seeking release of subsidy pursuant to various applications that the petitioner states that it has made seeking loans.

3. Mr.Harish would accede to the pendency of the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2024.

4. In such circumstances, without further ado or reference to the facts, in anticipation that the respondents would apply their mind to the same, mandamus is issued to R2, being Mission Director, Department of Agricultural Marketing & Agri Business, Chennai to hear the petitioner and dispose its representation dated 08.04.2024 in accordance with law and in terms of the relevant schemes under which subsidy is sought, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
