Appln.No.2657 of 2024 in A.No.7718 of 2019 Appln.No.2657 of 2024 in A.No.7718 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 16.03.2020 made in A.No.7718 of 2019 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the Subordinate Court, Coimbatore and communicated to the Sub Registration District of Singanallur.

2. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that entire dues, claims and outstanding amounts due to the Respondent against the alleged loan agreement, have been settled by the Applicant and hence prays to allow this Application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Company also submitted that the Applicant has settled the entire dues payable to the Respondent-Company.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court is inclined to raise the order of attachment dated 16.03.2020 made in Application No.7718 of 2019.

4. Hence, the order of attachment dated 16.03.2020 passed in A.No.7718 of 2019 is raised and vacated and the application is allowed as prayed for.
