This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition for return of case property (Apple I-phone 15 plus 256 GB model Mobile Phone -1).

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the condition to execute a bond for Rs.75,000/- is onerous for the petitioner and therefore, the same may be modified. 3.

The trial Court taking note of the value of the cell phone has imposed the condition to execute a bond for Rs.75,000/-. However, the petitioner states that he is unable to execute the bond for Rs.75,000/- and ready to execute the bond for Rs.40,000/-.

Hence the order of the trial Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner should execute a bond for Rs.40,000/- instead of Rs.75,000/-. All other conditions shall stand confirmed. 5.

With this modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
