These petitions are filed seeking amendment to the cause-title of the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.Lakshmi Kumaran, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Since the amendment sought became necessitated, because, in the cause-title, the Designation of the Special Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Government of India, has to be added. Therefore, it is a formal amendment sought, against which, since there are no objections from the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the Enforcement Directorate, all these petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the respective cause-titles.
