Crl.O.P.No.10284 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to modify the 1st condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7940 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to execute a bond Rs.5,00,000/- instead of Rs.10,00,000/- and permit the petitioner to execute the surety by third party.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that except the above said condition the petitioner has complied with the rest of the conditions imposed by V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum and the sureties shall be a owner of movable or immovable property worth morethan Rs.10,00,000/- and they shall furnish necessary documents.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
