Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the competent Court of law in Crime No.27 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
