Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the issue of the impugned show cause notice Ref.No.HR/IR/1461/1014 dated 22.08.2018 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed against the show cause notice dated 22.08.2018 issued by the first respondent against the petitioner.

2. During the course of hearing, Ms.Srineedhi, the learned representing counsel for M/s Agam Legal Advocates, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that subsequent to the show cause notice dated 22.08.2018, the respondents concluded the disciplinary proceedings and passed punishment order on 19.09.2018 and against which, the petitioner filed the writ petition in W.P.No. 27039 of 2018, which is pending before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted that the final order of punishment was passed and it is under challenge in W.P.No.27039 of 2018.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.
