ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to receive the joint application dated 06.11.2012 returned by the second respondent vide letter dated 12.11.2012 in R.No.A1/43318/2012 and to consider the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to receive the joint application dated 06.11.2012 returned by the second respondent vide letter dated 12.11.2012 in respect of the claim of the writ petitioner seeking permission for Stage carriage.

3. This Court is of the opinion that the joint application submitted in the year 2012 may not have much relevance now after a lapse of six years. Thus the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submit a fresh application to the competent authority and in the event of submitting any such application by the writ petitioner the competent authority shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time and without causing undue delay. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
