ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the nd Respondent made in his proceedings in No.P22/ 4/12227409/ADK, dated 06.10.2023 and direct the 2 nd Respondent to sanction the revised pension as per the proposal sent by the 3 rd Respondent and in Consonance with the G.O. Ms.No.210, dated 14-08- 2009.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
