ORDER

The petitioner is a elected member of the 1st Ward of the Thevallur Panchayat, Cuddalore District. The petitioner is one among the 6 members including the President. A meeting was conducted on 20.04.2015 by the third respondent President and in which, a resolution dated 20.04.2015 was said to have been passed taking a decision to construct a Veterinary Hospital for the village in Thoppu Poromboke in S.No.58.

2.According to the petitioner, he has not signed the resolution as there was no meeting held on 20.04.2015. His signature was forged, the petitioner contends. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation dated 20.04.2015 to the second respondent and another representation to the first respondent on 01.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mrs.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has given representation to the first respondent on 01.06.2015, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on its own merits.
