Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pursuant to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1749/2018/A6 dated 30.04.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct 2nd and 3rd respondents for laying Bitumen Tar Road left at the time of laying Road from Plot No.156 to Plot No.190, Vivekananda Street, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Ayapakkam, Chennai-600 077 at 40 feet Main Road of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board as per the scheme already estimated in the year 2015-2016.

By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal.

The learned Additional Government Pleader states that a proposal has been given and is presently with the District Collector. It is stated that such proposal also includes the requirements of the petitioner as sought in the Writ Petition. It has to be considered and orders passed at the earliest. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he is at liberty to move this Court again.

With such observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
