3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.266 of 2015 by the second respondent and the same was closed on 30.08.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submissions of the learned Additional Public prosecutor, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner.
