This Criminal Original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.21 of 2019, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. It is seen from records that there is a case and counter in Cr.Nos.20 & 21 of 2019. Both are pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. Based on the averments made in the petition and taking into consideration the fact that Cr.No.21 of 2019 pertains to offence under the SC/ST Act, this Court deems it fit to transfer the investigation in both the FIRs to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Attur, Salem.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to hand over the Case Diary in Cr.Nos. 20 & 21 of 2019, to the DSP, Attur, Salem who in turn is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceed further with the investigation in both the cases and complete the investigation effectively as expeditiously as possible.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
