ORDER

The petitioners herein called for enquiry in a complaint registered in C.S.No.338 of 2023. Instead of participating in the enquiry, the petitioners are before this Court seeking protection from the police enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners participated in the enquiry. There is no necessity for harassing the petitioners and infact, the Police are not harassed the petitioners, but only called them for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to co-operate with the enquiry. 29.04.2024 Index:yes/no ari 2/4
