(CRIME NO.330/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders, imposed on petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9201/2021 dated 13.05.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9201 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 306 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w. Section 3 and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, in Crime No.330 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
