This Court vide order dated 23.07.2021 in CMP.No.10706 of 2021 stayed the operation of the order in CMA.No.30 of 2017 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- in respect of the property tax due for the period 200101 to 2020-21 in four installments.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 14.12.2023 stating that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 23.07.2021 passed by this Court and the memo is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 23.07.2021 has been complied with.
