O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.825 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal by allowing the present Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition, it would suffice that if the time is extended.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date of 2/4

lifting of lock down and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
