This Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to quash the communication of the Respondent dated 26.04.2018 and direct the Respondent to allow the Petitioner to complete the tender licence period from 27.07.2016 to 30.06.2019. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the licence period of the tender has been expired and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court records.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
