ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal in Crl.M.P.No.826 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 by imposing conditions and one of the conditions is that "the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cash security before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same is ordered to be refunded to the petitioner, after the disposal of the case." 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the sole bread winner of the family and they are earning wages on daily basis. He further submitted that due to the present pandemic situation, the petitioners does not have financial capacity to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each and hence he prayed to modify the above condition.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal in Crl.M.P.No.826 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each by the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- each before the concerned court and to comply the condition, four weeks time is granted from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
