(made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The application is utterly misconceived as it seeks to revive a petition apparently filed in public interest that has been disposed of by an order dated March 1, 2021.

2. The sixth respondent to the petition is the applicant and claims that since the petition was filed in connection with the services of the sixth respondent to the petition, the applicant as the relevant person should be given leave to pursue the matter.

3. For a start, there is very little public interest element pertaining to a service matter. In any event, if the applicant has any grievance, the applicant has to initiate independent proceedings without requiring to stand on the crutches of a so called public spirited person.

4. W.M.P.No.15923 of 2021 is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
