This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to receive the complaint dated 14.08.2015 investigate and register FIR.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 14.08.2015 with the first respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending and further stated that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry with the first respondent police and the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and take action in accordance with the law.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
