ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking direction, directing the respondent to register a case on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner in CSR No.407 of 2019 dated 20.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is not considered by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner lodged the private complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram. After on perusal of records, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, Chennai, forwarded the complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.6444 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019 to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against two accused persons and investigate the crime. Even after receipt of the order, the respondent did not register the case as against the accused persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.07.2020, the respondent conducted an enquiry in CSR.No.407 of 2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to register the complaint as against the accused persons as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.6444 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019, forthwith and investigate the matter.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
