ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the fourth respondent to implement the proceedings dated 12.06.2023 in Na.Ka.No.1169/ 2023A1 issued by the third respondent and to give information to the petitioner under the RTI Act based on the petitioner's application dated 25.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and it is pending. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to dispose of 2/4

the said appeal dated 25.11.2023 filed by the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
