PRAYER in Crl.O.P.No.13235 of 2020: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent to conduct investigation in respect of the First Information Report No.1015 of 2020 dated 18.06.2020, on the file of the respondent police station as expeditiously as possible and to file final report.

PRAYER in Crl.O.P.No.13236 of 2020: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent to include the names of Muniraj and Narayanammal, who were involved in the criminal intimidation and violent activities, in the First Information Report No.1015 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police station. O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed, (i) to direct the respondent to conduct investigation in respect of the First Information Report No.1015 of 2020 dated 18.06.2020, on the file of the respondent police station as expeditiously as possible and to file final report; (ii) to direct the respondent to include the names of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

Muniraj and Narayanammal, who were involved in the criminal intimidation and violent activities, in the First Information Report No.1015 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police station.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the counter complaint received from the counter party, case has been registered in Crime No.1166 of 2020. Since the dispute is between two groups and there is a possibility of law and order problem, the respondent police referred both the FIR Nos.1015 and 1166 of 2020 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, to initiate proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.,.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, is directed to issue summons to all the parties involved in the alleged occurrence and conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
