ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Rathna, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
