2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.48 of 2015 has been completed and Final Report has been filed on 29.02.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District and the same has not been taken on file.

4. This Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee to pass appropriate orders in the Final Report in Crime No.48 of 2015 expeditiously.
