Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation the case in Cr.No.554 of 2014, dated 06.04.2014 and file the final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.554 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
