ORDER

The petitioner/husband has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Perambalur to dispose 1/3

of the suit O.S.No.338 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter is now posted for trial on 04.04.2025.

4. Considering the above fact, a direction is issued to the learned Additional District Munsif, Perambalur to dispose of the O.S.No.338 of 2019 on or before 31.07.2025. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
