O R D E R
This Court by order dated 17.06.2025 in the main revision directed the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.1424 of 2025 within the time of 15 days. Inspite of the same, I.A.No.2 of 2025 has not been disposed of till date. As per the report filed by the learned XX Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in his letter dated 19.01.2026, the matter stood adjourned to 22.01.2026 for filing counter of R1 and R2 as last chance.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 22.01.2026, R1 filed counter and R2 was set exparte. Later, R2 filed an application to set aside the exparte order.

Taking into consideration, the time line fixed by this Court earlier and subsequent turn of events, this Court is inclined to direct the XX Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, at any event within the outer time limit of 30 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 25.02.2026 dm To 1.The XX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
