While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 27.06.2019, this Court directed the learned II Additional District Judge, Tindivanam, to dispose of O.S.No.4 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 11.05.2020 from the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tindivanam, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 27.06.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
