When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the extension for the lease period has already been

expired and that may be a reason for petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
