ORDER

This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the review petition against the order of this Court dated 21.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.28881 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has to be reviewed with respect to the relief of back wages and the petitioner Management wishes to prefer a review petition challenging that part of the order, but with the delay of 12 days. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the delay may be condoned.

3. Heard both sides and perused the records.

4. The petitioner Management raised some grounds to review the writ petition. This Court is of the view that the said grounds can at the best be 2/5

the grounds for appeal and not for the review petition. It is unnecessary exercise to condone the delay for the purpose of numbering the review petition for admission and it deserves to be rejected at the threshold.

5. In the result, W.M.P.No. 16704 of 2025 is rejected. Consequently, the review petition in Rev.Aplw.SR.No.166978 of 2024 is dismissed at the SR stage itself.
