Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to permit the students (as per the list of students enclosed along with the writ petition) of the petitioner institute viz., Gurukul Teacher Training institute at Puducherry, to complete their D.T.Ed. course and consequently permit them to get their diploma certificates on their successful completion of their D.T.Ed. course. Guruprasad Teacher Training Institute List of Students who have scored less than 50% and more than 45% marks under OBC/MBC/BC/SC.
