By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner is the President of the Temple Festival Committee and he intends to conduct cultural program in connection with the temple festival on 28.05.2016 at B.Kothapalli Arulmighu Sri Thimmarayan Koil, Sulagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and in this regard, submitted a representation to the respondent on 23.05.2016. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances and since the date of conducting the cultural program falls on 28.05.2016, this Court, in this writ petition cannot issue any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent, well in advance for conducting the cultural program in connection with the Temple festival and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of one week thereafter and inform the decision taken to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
