The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for not complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6681 of 2016 dated 10.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.08.2018 made in W.P.No.6681 of 2016, the respondent had reinstated the petitioner with condition vide order dated 15.11.2019 in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.A2/294/CV/2014. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 15.11.2019 passed by the first respondent, before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also concurred with the statement made by the respondent's counsel.

4. Considering the fact that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court dated 10.08.2018 made in W.P.No.6681 of 2016, the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings and consequently, this Contempt Petition is closed.
