Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 30.04.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for complying the order passed in Crl.MP.No.5502 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.1645 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for complying the order passed in Crl.MP.No.5502 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.1645 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021.
