After elaborate arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and prayed for speedy disposal of both O.P.Nos.830 and 692 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of both H.M.O.P.Nos.830 and 692 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
