2.It is seen that the petitioner is the father-in-law and the 3rd respondent is the daughter-in-law, who had lodged a complaint against the petitioner.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, C.S.R.No.319 of 2021 had been registered and after enquiry the same was closed on 06.07.2021 and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as nothing survives.
