Prayer :- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the proceeding in No. E2/820/Tha.A.Po.Ka.(Salem)/2022 dated 07.05.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respndent to issue fresh order to petitioner for working as Driver in the same place i.e. Tharamangalam Branch Salem district by this Court.

Challenging the transfer order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confined his arguments by stating that it is suffice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.5.2022 pending before the respondents and pass appropriate order.

2. In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, the respondents may not have any serious objection to consider the representation dated 16.5.2022 made by the petitioner. However, the petitioner cannot have any legal right to challenge the impugned order.

3. In the light of the above, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.5.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
