ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it emerges that additional construction was sought to be made by the petitioner and the petitioner claims even deposit of charges for the same.

2. In view of the passage of time and to verify the correct position, it is directed that an inspection be carried out of the premises of the petitioner by the respondent within 15 days of the receipt of the copy of this order and to verify whether all aspects have been attended to by the petitioner. If not, then necessary proceedings in accordance with law would be taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

qua the property in question, after notice to all concerned and decision arrived at within a maximum period of two months thereafter.

3. The respondent Village Panchayat is now represented through the Executive Officer, in view of the subsequent developments. Memo of parties be amended accordingly.
